I'm sure there are several good programs for tracking, & feed back. I'm also am sure you guys know the best for us to use. Ready to finally get one. So many pages of info, & too little grey matter to use.

This game is very fluid in the moment. Last year I found that pre-play meditation in the room, really helped "me". From notes, MANY times seemed to be tuned in to what was really happening at the time. Not what "I" wanted to happen. These moments have turned into some real pay days. Sometimes...a wall. Walked, & read a book. Discipline, a proper bank, and that darn meditation made 2014 a banner year.

Dave never tried the meditation, maybe I should. Many times I have to wait a long time before my spot or table opens. Have you done this in the casino while waiting?
