Las Vegas.craps seminar

Golden Touch Craps has been teaching dice control on the Las Vegas Strip since 2002 β€” the same city where Dom LoRiggio set a world-record run of 89 consecutive passes. Small-group sessions taught at a private Strip-adjacent venue disclosed to registered students before the class.

Why Train in Las Vegas

The home table of dice control.

Vegas isn't just a seminar city for us β€” it's where Golden Touch Craps was founded, where Dom set his world record, and where most of our graduates take their first real-money shot. Training here means practicing what you just learned at live Vegas tables the same night.

I.

The original training ground.

Golden Touch has run Las Vegas seminars continuously since 2002. More graduates. More reps. More refinement than any other dice control program in the country β€” and it started here.

II.

Live casino access after class.

Take what you learned on Saturday straight to a real table Saturday night. Every major Strip and downtown casino is within 15 minutes of the seminar venue. Put the reps in while they're fresh.

III.

The Dominator is local.

Dom lives and plays in Las Vegas. The Vegas seminars are the ones where he teaches every session personally from first class to last β€” no guest instructors, no substitutes. This is where he's home.

Travel Information

Getting here, getting around.

Our Vegas sessions are designed for out-of-town students. Fly in Friday night, seminar Saturday–Sunday, home Monday. Everything below is walkable or a short rideshare from the seminar venue.

Flight & transit.

Harry Reid International (LAS) is the only airport serving Las Vegas and it's 10–15 minutes from the Strip. No other airports to worry about.

  • Airport Harry Reid International (LAS) β€” 4 miles / 15 min from Strip
  • Rideshare Uber / Lyft $15–25 Strip-side. Designated pickup zones at Terminal 1 & 3.
  • Rental Not recommended for seminar-only trips. Parking on the Strip runs $18–40/day.
  • Monorail $5 per ride, $13 day pass. Runs from MGM Grand to SLS Station along the east Strip.
Tip: If you're flying in Friday night and an Advanced class runs Friday morning, plan a Thursday arrival. Don't show up jet-lagged to a technique class.

Lodging.

We don't run a hotel block β€” our graduates tell us they'd rather pick their own spot. Here's what tends to work well for seminar weekends.

  • Walking Any mid-Strip property (Bellagio, Paris, Cosmopolitan, Caesars, Flamingo, Cromwell) is a short walk to the venue.
  • Budget Linq, Harrah's, and Flamingo typically run $89–149/night on seminar weekends.
  • Upscale Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, Wynn β€” $250–450/night. Book 30+ days out for best rates.
  • Quiet option Vdara (no casino floor) if you want quiet after classroom days.
Tip: Once registered, we'll email a venue-adjacent hotel shortlist with approximate walking times.
Student Reviews

What Golden Touch students say.

Real feedback from Golden Touch seminar graduates, in their own words β€” the full archive is on our student testimonials page.

β—† Seminar Graduate
"Golden Touch Craps is a no-B.S. class. You rotate from station to station in your small group with your mentor, so you throw under the watchful eye of each instructor. It was validating to have different instructors catch the same mistakes I was making."

β—† Seminar Graduate
"I've studied the books, videos, DVDs, and practiced religiously on my own with little success. At the end of the first day the instructors had my throw doing what I'd been striving to do for two unsuccessful years! If you're wondering if the tuition is worth it: YES IT IS."

β—† Seminar Graduate
"We went out to the casinos late Sunday afternoon. It was the first time since taking up controlled shooting that we walked away with money β€” enough to pay for one of our class fees. We didn't have any rolls that weren't in the twenties all weekend."

Las Vegas Seminar FAQ

Common Las Vegas questions.

Specific to the Las Vegas seminars. For general dice control questions, see the main FAQ.

Where is the seminar venue β€” and why isn't it listed here?

+
The Las Vegas venue is a private, Strip-adjacent teaching facility. We don't publish the address for practical reasons β€” it keeps the space small-class, students-only, and free of walk-ins. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive the exact address, parking instructions, and check-in details by email about 10 days before the class.

How far in advance should I book my flight?

+
Book your seminar seat first β€” you'll have a confirmed set of dates the same week. Then book the flight. LAS flights are generally cheapest 4–8 weeks out. If you're coming for the Friday Advanced class, plan a Thursday-night arrival.

Does Golden Touch have a hotel block?

+
No β€” and it's intentional. Students have strong preferences on Vegas hotels and we'd rather you book what you actually want rather than settle for a block rate. Once registered, we'll send a shortlist of venue-adjacent hotels with approximate walking times.

Can I go gamble during the seminar weekend?

+
Of course β€” and we encourage it. Most of our graduates play Friday night (or after Saturday's class) while the technique is fresh. Just be disciplined: the seminar runs 9am to 4pm both days and the afternoon table drills are where the real gains happen. Don't skip a class to chase a hot roll.
