Golden Touch Craps, LLC ("Golden Touch Craps," "we," "us") operates GoldenTouchCraps.com from Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect on this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it to do what you asked, and we never sell, rent, or share our mailing lists.

What We Collect

  • Newsletter signup — your first name and email address, used to send Dominator's newsletter and your free e-book.
  • Inquiry and reservation forms — your name, email, phone number (optional), the seminar or class you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
  • Comments — if you comment on an article or archive post, we store your comment, the page it was posted on, and your public Facebook name, profile photo, and account ID (provided through Facebook Login when you authorize commenting).
  • Text messaging — if you give us your mobile number, we may text you about seminars and events. Every conversation includes a way to opt out, and replying STOP always works.
  • Technical logs — like nearly every website, our server records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). We use them to run and secure the site, not to profile you.
  • Display preference — your light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.

How We Use It

To deliver the newsletter and e-book you signed up for, answer your inquiries, communicate about seminars you've asked about, and keep the site running safely. That's it. We do not run advertising networks, we do not sell data, and we do not share your email address with anyone.

Cookies

The site uses an essential session cookie to function. We set no advertising or tracking cookies of our own. If you interact with Facebook Comments (below), Facebook may set its own cookies under its own policies.

Third-Party Services

  • Facebook Login — commenting uses Facebook Login to confirm who you are. Facebook shares your public name and profile photo with us when you authorize it, and your use of Facebook is governed by Meta's privacy policy. Comments themselves are stored on our servers, not Facebook's.
  • Google Fonts — our typefaces load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of serving the files.
  • Text delivery — outbound texts are delivered through a messaging provider that processes the phone number and message content on our behalf.
  • The Gambler's Outpost — purchases happen on our store at gamblersoutpost.net, which has its own checkout, payment processing (PayPal), and policies.

Your Choices

  • Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out, no questions asked.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
  • Email us at crapsclub@goldentouchcraps.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Retention & Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep subscriber and inquiry information only as long as it serves the purpose you gave it to us for, and access is limited to the people who need it to help you.

Age

This site is not directed to anyone under 18. Our subject matter concerns casino play, which requires you to be 21 or older in United States casinos.
