Quick question. At the May seminar, we were standing 7-1/2 feet from the back wall to the shooting table. Does the 7-1/2 feet lineup with our throwing arm or centered on our chest? I want to make sure when I practice that I'm at the right distance.

7 1/2 feet from the center of your chest for a 12 foot table.

NFF is correct. However if you wish to practice for a 14 foot table---and there are many out there, you may want to move over another 12 inches to allow for 1/2 of the increase in distance of 2 feet.
