We placed our rod and reels, shotguns, lawn mowers, and tractor aside. The kids did not have any ballgames, so on Sunday we visited our nearest GTC friendly casino in SBC. Dice Angel ( CrystalC ) , Army Wife ( StashaM), Dice Commander ( ChanceC) and I found a table with our positions open. The first 2 times around we did not have any winning rolls. The 3rd time around Army Wife had a nice 15 to start our comeback. Dice Angel ( now over the shakes) had a winning 12 hand. Then Dice Commander had a 19 with a lot of repeaters. A great comeback, now it was my turn to take us home, but it did not happen, I could not match the youngsters, another short roll. We went around 1 more time and colored up and out the door. The 3 that followed the GTC rules to the T won or lost a slight amount of money. The one that did not follow the GTC teachings by not five counting his family, lost. :D I think they listen better in class than I do!

Outing like this one can bring out who is the gambler or who was listening in class .But it sure is a lot of FUN .It is good to just step back and see what everybody is doing first . Always look before you leap .

A fun read. Love the handles of the East Texas clan. Since we can guess who lost by not five counting, it must be true that you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

I noticed Sunday, that when I made a bet for the dealers and the asked '' whats this '' I did not say, that's for the dealers, or that's for you, I said that's for y'all !
I guess while I'm working on my 3,4,and 5 times odds getting ready for Vegas, I should have some speech therapy.
