I agree with your post, but you mean Bill Burton. To my best knowledge Bill Robbins is still alive.

Every time I step foot into Mohegan Sun, I know he’s with me. I will never forget what he did for me and what he gave me with GTC and will forever be grateful to him. I miss Charlie as well. Unfortunately I only met Bill once.
