A couple of my trips i was playing on tables that did not suit me well and i
am just not good enough to adjust.
Here i have almost quit playing on the 16 table and the more i practice on a
smaller table the worse i get on the long bugger.
We have the nice tub here and have done pretty good there, however lately i have
been shooting from the end rather than sl1. To be honest my throw looks pretty
decent, but get so many 3/4 and 5/2 that even if the throw looks good, the results
are not good.
The other night i moved back to sl1 after a poor session from the end and felt good.
We were heading over tonight and before i left i made my decision on where i was going
to shoot, what set i was going to use, how i was going to bet and when or if i would
press.
My spot was taken but the end was open and i almost went there, but that was not in my
plan so i waited. When i got my spot, i set up and got the dice and i cant remember when i
felt more calm and at ease at the table. For what ever reason i felt i got this , just throw
easy and bet right.
4 hands,..,,,, 12, 39, 22, 17 all winners, 5 count on others kept my loses down there and
i colored up at 3.5 times my buy in. I bet good on the 6 & 8 only and hit almost 40%
of the throws were 6 or 8.
My spot, the 3 v set and a plan.
made this a nice evening

Great turn around. We too have found that having a good game plan and positive attitude has turned into small but steady wins.

Congratulations Gman,
I only wish I had been there to witness your throws however I wasn't. But, I can mentally picture the concentration on your face and the beautiful dice release from your hand. I have seen hundreds of your throws were the dice look "glued" together. Once again, you are showing GTCr's how 80% of our throws are mental and a game plan a must.
I am so fortunate have you as a friend and mentor. T Set44 :D :D :D :D

Now you're talking. You used discipline, patience, good betting and a good game plan. Talk about the GTC way. You can have a good throw but if you don't do these other things you will never be an advantage player. Alligator Rose and I are (as we say in the South) mighty proud.
Hope to see you soon in the casino.
