I am sure some one has had this one here i just dont remember

what are the odds of a ramdom thrower getting a 30 hand, a 40 hand and a 50 hand,
i thought i saw once they had a .48 % chance out of 100 hands to get a 30 hand which
would mean they have to get 200 hands to make a 30.

but i am not sure
