Hello Cajunthrower,
To give you the distance for a 12 ft table, use the following measurements:
A 12 ft table is 144 inches. The middle of the table where the stick man stands will be 72 inches. Allow 18 inches for the stick man. That will give you the position where your left shoulder would be (you're left handed). If you're rolling from SL1 your right shoulder would be about the middle of the throwing station. So 85 to 90 inches from the back wall to the center of your throwing station should work. All tables are a little different but this will get you very close to where you want to practice.

thank you so much for the help. I have adjusted my setup for the new measurements and have been practicing. I am feeling better about my throws now. Thank you!!
