So I'm back to my daily practice sessions. Watching Golden Touch videos on YouTube for rebuilding my discipline.

The videos may seem elementary  but I have watched them long before I attended Golden Touch as a coaching method to keep me focused on proper methods. The discussion with Dr. Crapolgy on finger roll-off reminded me of something I have not considered all year.

The instructional videos and the rereading of older post by the Golden Touch "accomplished" is refreshing and informative. 

I pulled this video out of my DICE FOLDER to watch today.

The Native Americans are offering free rooms so I have a road trip planned.

Tuesday and Wednesday has been practice time in-between chores. My time has been spent rewatching old videos, throwing dice and book work.

I write down notes on my throws. The turkey has been getting in the way when retrieving the dice.
