On calculating your SRR, do you count a come out 7, or if hit point , and roll a come out 7, do you count those rolls as part of your SRR roll count?

First if you are calculating your SRR you are not playing a game so you do not have a comeout 7 or a 7 out. You say to your self, "Self - I am not going to throw 100 X's to record my throws, to calculate my SRR."

So the answer is yes
