Congress held ransom.

While driving in Washington DC, traffic all of a sudden came to a complete halt.
Looking around I could see, cars in all directions and none of them were moving. <sigh>
After about five minute a man rapped on my windows.
I rolled it down, and asked him if you knew what was happening.
He told me a group of terrorists had taken the capitol building and was holding Congress ransom.
They demand $100 million or they would start dousing members with gas and torching them.
He announce that he was taking a collection.
I asked how much he collected so far.
He said, "about 20 gallons."
