Reward Offered in Key Largo Arson: Fire investigators have determined that the March 28 fire at the long-shuttered Key Largo hotel-casino was "incendiary," in nature which, according to the National Fire Protection Association, means a deliberate burning of property, with a likely focus on monetary harm.
In light of the investigation's conclusion, the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the blaze, which is estimated to have caused some $4.5 million in damage.
