This movie received alot of good reviews when it came out in the Theaters. I saw it the other day "on demand". I thought it was just ok. There were many scenes that could have been left out without changing the storyline. Prehaps they were in the book and that's why they appeared in the movie. If you haven't seen it, I won't give the plot away but I will say the conclusion to the main plot was weak and the end of the movie seemed like an afterthought.
Has anyone else seen it? What did you think?

Better book than movie... I was really let-down after finishing the book then going to see the movie. I have watched the foreign versions dubbed in English of the other two books, they did a decent job but still it's hard to go from a great novel to the screen...

I agree with Satch and Griz that the movie was just OK...

The books were great though!

I remember thinking that Kristen Stewart would portray a great Lisbeth while I was reading The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo...
