ICM scenarios, which is a way of assigning monetary value to one's chip stack at a any given point in a tournament. It is most often used as a gauge for working out chops at the final table of an event.
ICM was also being used by a November 9er to sell part of his action. Also used in calculating shoves vs. stack size.
